Pricing

Free for one call at a time. 19 € when you need two.

You pay for simultaneous sessions, never for people or devices. Technician accounts are unlimited on every plan, and so are the machines you connect to. A team of twenty working in shifts that rarely runs more than two calls at once pays for two.

Free on your own computers. Install the app: no card, no trial clock. The Personal plan runs one session at a time with every feature included. Move to Professional only when you need a second simultaneous session or a fiscal invoice.

Every simultaneous session after the first two is 5 € a month. Yearly billing takes 15% off — it is paid up front and activates the plan for 12 months, with no refund and no early exit. Monthly cancels at the end of the month.

Three things we put in writing Dated 8 September 2026 · Inviolable commercial commitments
01

No commercial use detection

Nobody looks at your sessions to decide whether you should be paying. The line between free and paid is strictly the second simultaneous session and the need for a fiscal invoice — never a suspicion about your intent.

02

Licensing unit protected

We do not change the licensing unit retroactively. If we ever count something other than simultaneous sessions, you keep the exact model you signed up with.

03

Fixed 24-month pricing

Your subscription price is guaranteed fixed for 24 months from signup, and any future adjustment arrives in writing at least 90 days before it applies.

Questions about pricing

What is a concurrent session?
One support call, live, at one moment in time. If two of your people are each helping a customer right now, that is two sessions. When one hangs up, the session is free for the next person in the queue. You are never billed for accounts or for devices, only for how many calls run at the same time.
Why not price per device or per technician, like others do?
Because a device costs us nothing until someone connects to it, and a technician who is not connected costs us nothing either: sessions are peer to peer. Per-device pricing bills you for a shop computer you touch twice a year. Per-seat pricing punishes a team in shifts, where twenty people share three phones. What actually scales with the value you get is the number of calls you can run at the same time.
Can we try it before paying?
The Personal plan is free and has no clock on it: one session at a time, every feature in the app. Professional is what you move to for a second simultaneous session, an invoice, and the admin panel.
How do we pay and what do we receive?
You pay by card: Visa or Mastercard, processed by Stripe. The sessions activate immediately and a fiscal invoice arrives by email. Invoices are issued by the Conexa billing platform on your company details, with an ANAF lookup to fill them in from your CUI. All your payments and invoices are in your account: sign in with your email, no password needed.
Prices are in euro. What currency is the invoice in?
In euro. The price you see, the amount you pay and the invoice are all the same figure, in the same currency. Nothing is converted, and no VAT is added on top.
What happens if we need one more session than we bought?
Add it: 5 € a month per session. Professional includes two, so three sessions cost 19 + 5 = 24 €, four cost 29 €, five cost 34 €. You are never pushed into a bigger package to get one more call — you buy the one call.
Is there a limit on session length or count?
No. Sessions are peer to peer, so they cost us almost nothing to run. Relay traffic (when a direct connection is blocked) is included on all plans within fair use.
Where is our data stored?
Screen video and input never touch our servers unless relayed, and relayed traffic is encrypted end to end. Technician accounts, device addresses and session metadata live on Conexa servers in Romania. Self-hosted customers keep everything on their own infrastructure. Details on the security page.
Can we cancel?
Monthly cancels at the end of the current month. Yearly is paid up front and runs the full 12 months: no refund, no early exit. That is the trade for the 15%. Your session log is exportable at any time.

Not sure which plan fits?
